ON-SITE REPAIRS

If you would like us to visit you, then the following charges will apply:

£25 per hour. £25 minimum fee for repair.

We will make every effort to resolve any problem(s) on site. However there may be occasions where it is more practicle and cost effective to return the unit(s) to our workshop.

Our location is Newhaven, East Sussex. We cover the Sussex area.

WORKSHOP REPAIRS

Any repairs carried out at Maxtec will incur the following (fixed rate) charges:

£55 Basic charge (per unit), which covers: Virus and Spyware Removal. Windows Repair or Re-Installation. Installation of Anti-Spyware and Anti-Virus Software (if requested). Hardware Diagnostics of CPU, Motherboard, Memory and Hard-Drive (report provided). Backup and restore of personal data including: Email, Documents, Pictures, etc.

Collection or Return of computer (+ £10).
